Entrepreneur Earl R. Smith II to Chair Ordia Solutions’ Board of Advisors |

Smith II to its Board of Advisors. Dr. Smith will serve as Chairman of the Board of Advisors and will advise Ordia’s management team on organization, business and technology management, strategic alliances, governance & compliance, resourcing & financing, mergers & acquisitions, and growth-centered strategic planning.
As an entrepreneur, seasoned senior executive, Wall Street veteran, political and social theorist, published author and speaker, Dr. Smith’s business accomplishments include founding and managing two non-profit organizations and six for-profit companies. Those companies ranged from a NASDAQ Broker Dealer where he was a principal, to a company that revolutionized the financing structure of the US film industry.
